I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel. The decor was beautifully done, creating a warm and inviting ambiance throughout the entire property. The general areas were well-maintained and provided comfortable seating for relaxation. As a senior woman, I particularly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The elevators were convenient and made it easy for me to navigate the floors without any trouble. It truly made my stay enjoyable and comfortable.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the staff to be more attentive and considerate towards the needs of us older guests. While the children working there were polite, I would have appreciated more assistance and information about the hotel's amenities and services.
